Six fitting categories and one bench. Most players need one of the seven, not all of them, and part of our job is telling you which.
If you are not sure what to book, this is the honest ranking of where an amateur bag most often leaks shots. It rarely matches where players expect.

Sole shape, bounce, leading edge height and loft spacing below the pitching wedge, tested on live grass and in a sand tray filled with local bunker material. Every wedge you already own gets a face crest grade whether or not you buy anything.
Head category, shaft weight and profile, length, lie and grip build, with strike location mapped on face tape rather than assumed. Gapping is checked against altitude-corrected carry across the whole set, not just the 7-iron.
Loft, face angle, head weighting and shaft profile aimed at a launch and spin window that works in thin air, where an under-spun tee ball falls out of the sky earlier than most players expect.
Tested off the deck on grass, because sole camber and leading-edge height are the argument and a mat conceals both. Includes the question of whether the club earns a slot at all.
Finding the crossover where a hybrid beats the long iron it replaces, then setting loft so it does not overlap the club above or leave a hole below.
Length and lie against your eye line, head weight against green speed, and balance against the arc your stroke actually travels, measured rather than eyeballed.
Plenty of visits here involve no fitting at all. The build bench takes walk-in work Tuesday through Friday and clears the queue on Mondays.
Simple jobs are usually done while you wait. Anything requiring epoxy cure comes back the following day at the earliest, and Monday builds go out Tuesday morning.
