Handles drivers, fairway woods and hybrids, and keeps the shaft library organised by measured profile rather than by the letter printed on the label. Came out of eight years in club repair, so he tends to check whether a club is straight before he believes anything a monitor tells him about it.
Runs the Monday build day and every putter session. Grinds ferrules, pulls shafts, sets swingweight, and does the roll-surface work for putter length and balance. If your card lists a build spec, Perry is the person who executed it and signed the slip.
Books the bays, keeps the condition log that lets us correct carry numbers honestly, and sits in on short-game sessions to record face crest grades. She is usually the person who emails your card, and the person who will tell you politely that the strip is unplayable and we should reschedule.
When you request a time we ask what you want looked at, and the booking goes to whoever does that work. A wedge session is Marisol's; a driver session is Dwight's; a putter session is Perry's. Full-bag bookings are split across two visits so you get the right person for each half.
If the person you want is out for two weeks, we will say so rather than putting you with somebody else and hoping you do not notice. Plenty of players wait, and that is a reasonable choice.
Once a month the four of us run a session on each other, which is less charming than it sounds and mostly consists of arguing about whether a difference is real or inside the spread. It is how the house standards stay consistent, and it is why two of us will give you the same answer about bounce.
